Oscar has been a licensed massage therapist for over 11 years. He believes in an integrated approach to massage and co-creating a deeply healing experience with his clients.
60-Minute Massage $80
This session is an integrated approach. This massage can use traditional Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, deep touch massage, stretching, Reiki, and breath. Before we begin, we will discuss what you would like, your needs, and what approach would be beneficial.
90-Minute Massage $120
This session is an integrated approach. This massage can use traditional Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, deep touch massage, stretching, Reiki, and breath. Before we begin, we will discuss what you would like, your needs, and what approach would be beneficial.
120-Minute Massage $160
This session is an integrated approach. This massage can use traditional Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, deep touch massage, stretching, Reiki, and breath. Before we begin, we will discuss what you would like, your needs, and what approach would be beneficial.
Reiki Session $80
A full Reiki session is typically one hour. This is a fully clothed session, and it can be hands-on using light touch for the different hand positions and/or placement or no touch.
Pranic Healing Session $80
A Pranic Healing session is a clothed session, and it is typically an hour long. There are certain protocols for each ailment or dis-ease of the body. We will discuss before we start to see what treatment would be beneficial.
Breathwork $120
A typical Breathwork session is two hours. The session will consist of a consultation to discuss what concerns the client may have, what will take place during the breathing session, and to get clear on the goal for the session and the willingness of the client to participate. The breathing session will last typically 45 minutes to an hour, and is a fully clothed session. After breathing we will end the session with a conversation to help with integration.
